Kim provides a variety of ways that you can work together to meet your needs.

Hi! I'm Kim.

I am shepherdess at Vermont Grand View Farm, and have been teaching in a variety of settings for the past thirty years. Through on-farm workshops, mentoring, and writing, I share my love of farming with others. I teach people like you - people who are crazy about everything sheep and wool!

You are on an exciting adventure - I am thrilled to be by your side to guide and support you through the thick and thin of owning sheep!

We can work together in several different ways. I am happy to talk with you about your needs and put together a package that will work for you.

I offer:

  • online video supported classes
  • on farm workshops (with accomodations)
  • one-on-one coaching/mentoring

Testimonials

"Kim guided us through an Annual Farm Review, discussed our Mindset, and helped us determine where we stand as far as a financially sound and purposeful farm business. Once again, Kim has helped me to establish a meaningful and profitable small farm. I highly recommend Kim's farm courses!"

"I feel like you're my farm therapist doing the work of helping me sort through my feelings about everything so I can make logical decisions. This is a service I certainly need...and you're great at validating my feelings but helping me move forward. I also appreciate the accountability and your ability to synthesize the mess of what I'm telling you and creating some order for me."

-- Heather

"Each time I attend one of Kim's trainings I take it as an opportunity to work on a different aspect of my business. It keeps me engaged with the marketing aspect of my business, as well as with a community of shepherds. It is my one place to go to get what I need without having to sort through layers and layers of information. It is condensed, well-researched, and efficient. As a busy mother, farmer, shepherd, that is exactly what I need."
